SAFETY AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURE
Procedures
The Safety of you child(ren) will be a priority at all times. We carefully monitor and follow the guidelines suggested in the Ministry Handbook Safety Procedures "for Young children," which can be made available to you at your request.Guidelines set by the licensing board with regards to the facility and equipment is monitored by the preschool and the licensing board to ensure the safety of the children.Fire & Earthquake Procedures
The preschool teachers are trained in emergency procedures established by the preschool in the event of a fire or earthquake. The staff has current first aid and CPR certification in case of an emergency. Fire and earthquake drills are practiced each month, so children will also be prepared for an emergency situation.In case of a fire or earthquake, your children will be transferred to Cedar Hill Elementary School which is the earthquake evacuation center. Your Children will remain at Cedar Hills Elementary School until a recognized guardian comes to pick them up.
